The women of Piddington, England, had sent a message to female MPs in Parliament to let them know how afraid they are of the coming, massive influx of migrants into their town. There are only 133 women in the tiny town of 350 persons total but thousands of illegal migrants are about to be housed in their village.
The women worry that they will be outnumbered by what are called asylum-seekers 10 to one in their own small town and given the problems other UK communities have seen with migrants who do not want to assimilate to British way of life, they likely have reason to fear.
"Dear Women of Parliament," the women began in their letter to their elected leaders, "We are the Women of Piddington - and we are facing a crisis.
"We are 133 females living in a tiny rural community. The Government is planning to open nondetained asylum accommodation for 1,256 men right beside our village. They would outnumber us 10 to one.
"As fellow women, you will understand the serious risks this will expose us to. Our safety, our security and our freedoms will be under threat. Life as we know it will be destroyed. We will not feel safe walking out streets. We are already living in fear.
"As the women of Westminster, you have both the power and the responsibility to speak out and protect us from this plan. It is your duty to act. By continuing to stay silent you are choosing to put us at risk. There are no safeguards in place. You will be complicit. You will be to blame.
"We are issuing an urgent call for you to stand up for the Women of Piddington. We need your solidarity and support.
"We are counting on you.
"Please do not desert us," they conclude.
The Home Office has plans to use a nearby, former Ministry of Defense site and intends to house 1,2500 single men on that site. But GB News reports that the "number could nearly triple." There have been massive protests in Britain and Ireland over the government's acquiescence to mass migration.
