A Florida federal judge on Monday struck down the Biden administration’s travel mask mandate for planes, buses and trains.

Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said the mandate is unlawful because it exceeds the statutory authority of the CDC and that its implementation violates administrative law.

As previously reported by Human Events News, the mandate was recently extended through May 3rd, 15 days after it was set to expire.
