The media has found a new target this week: John Solomon.
Indeed, following his groundbreaking interview with Donald Trump, Solomon has been the subject of discussion in articles from outlets like Business Insider, Politico and The Week, calling him “discredited,” “disowned,” and “far-right, per American Greatness.
Throughout his interview with Solomon, Trump laid out his plan to reverse Biden’s destructive agenda, and also called on Putin to release information regarding Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, as previously reported by Human Events News.
In news articles about the remarks, The Week described Solomon as a “far-right journalist,” Politico reported that Trump spoke with “discredited far-right journalist John Solomon,” and Business Insider said that the reporter was “one of the architects of Trump’s Ukraine disinfo” who “was disowned" by The Hill and Fox News.
New York Times reporter Adam Goldman retweeted the Politico’s tweet calling Solomon a “discredited far-right journalist.”
Politico also derided the 2020 Senate investigation into the Biden family’s corruption as “highly politicized.”
Business Insider also accused Solomon of pushing “disinformation about the Bidens and Ukraine.”
“In the early years of Trump’s presidency Solomon produced a series of columns for The Hill alleging dubious business dealing by Hunter Biden in Ukraine, and corruption by his father (the allegations were never proven),” the article reads.
When asked about the attacks on Solomon, Human Events Managing Editor, Brent Hamachek said, "John Solomon is quite likely the top news reporter in the country. He's the guy Woodward and Bernstein wish they'd been. These attacks on him are good, old- fashioned, Pravda tactics. John should be honored to have such a dishonorable and unprincipled lot come after him. If you're liked by any of these folks, there's something wrong with you.”
