YouTube expelled Real America’s Voice for a week after they posted an exclusive interview with Donald Trump discussing the 2020 presidential election

And so, the witch hunt continues...

As reported by Just the News, a Monday night notice claimed the video violated YouTube’s “spam, deceptive practices and scams” policy, though gave no insight as to what specific part of the video was a direct violation.

The interview began with Trump saying “I never admitted defeat” in response to host David Brody asking him about the accuracy of recent headlines claiming Trump admitted he lost the election.

“We have a lot of things happening right now,” Trump said, “all you have to do is read the newspapers and see what’s coming out now.”

YouTube said the video included prohibited content that “advances false claims that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches changed the outcome of the U.S. 2020 presidential election.”

“If the election was fraudulent, people are going to have to make up their own minds,” Trump said. “It’s not going to be up to me. It’s going to be up to the public. It’s going to be up to, perhaps, politicians. I don’t think there has ever been a case like this where hundreds of thousands of votes will be found. So, we’ll have to see what happens.”

Trump said that if Mike Pence had required some states to review their electoral vote counts, “you might very well have a different president right now.”

Real America’s Voice is banned from uploading, posting or livestreaming on the video platform for a week. If they violate the policy a second time, they will be suspended for two weeks and a third time will result in permanent removal, per the notice.

Program director Roger Hudson told Just the News that the removal “seemed a little heavy-handed and probably inappropriate.” Trump was “so careful not to make a judgement call” about election fraud in the interview.”
