ADAM COLEMAN: Democrats like Tennessee's Justin Pearson is why I left the Left

Justin Pearson is the future of Democrat politics, who will raise his black power fist his way into prominence to accomplish nothing of substance except for being clapped for in white progressive circles as one of the good ones.

Part of the reason I disassociated with the Democratic Party was that their full embrace of identity politics convinced them that black people are only viewed as caricatures instead of individuals.

The perfect black Democrat sees everything through a racial lens, is emotionally fragile, and sees any attack on the Democratic party as an attack on their entire race. This caricature plays the role of an opportunistic activist who has inherited the behavior, aesthetics, and vernacular of black activists of yesteryear.

In recent days, with all the theatrics surrounding state gerrymandering, I've realized that Tennessee state representative Justin Pearson is the perfect black Democrat.  Since his elevation years ago, he has focused his energy on being as performative as possible for the sake of appearing to do something while nothing gets accomplished. And now, in response to the Tennessee realigning district lines, the Democratic Party has hyperventilated publicly, claiming that black Americans won't be able to vote or have adequate representation.

To enforce this narrative, Rep Pearson was deployed as the young black voice of America who has channeled his Jim Crow ancestors as his spirit guides to fight white supremacy in America.

"These maps are racist tools of white supremacy at the behest of the most powerful white supremacist in the United States of America, Donald J. Trump," lamented Pearson. What you are doing today is eviscerating the only black majority congressional district in our state because we are majority black."

The Democratic Party needs foot soldiers like Pearson to weaponize the narrative about the Supreme Court ruling because any time the Democrats lose a political battle, they need to translate it as an attack on black Americans and not their power structure.

We are supposed to believe that squiggly lines stretching across the entire state make sense as a logical district and forget the color-blind nature intended for the Voting Rights Act.

Being color blind is offensive when all you have to brandish is your color, which is why Pearson fights so hard to be seen. The perfect black Democrat exists only for the purpose of being a political leverage point for the party, and Pearson loves being the racial handle they can turn for power.

However, nothing about Pearson is real, and he plays a character on television for attention. He possesses no talent other than the ability to mimic stereotypical black activist verbiage and dress himself in a 1960s activist-style wardrobe.

The future of the Democratic Party isn't even a talented or remarkable politician; they are loud communists who complain about America in comfort while pretending to be the voice of the working class.

The perfect black Democrat isn't inspiring; they're nauseating, and they only get worse the more attention you give them.

Justin Pearson believes that the only objective is to be disruptive, and if there is nothing to disrupt, create an opposition to fight against.

He operates by any means necessary, which is why he has no problem invoking God in a church environment while making himself the center of attention.

I couldn't be a Democrat anymore because they fell in love with a different type of black person, one that I could never come close to being, even if I tried.

They prefer fragile and effeminate black men who follow orders rather than question the direction of their leadership. Democrats want black people who won't fight the emotional blackmail of invoking slavery or Jim Crow, despite neither being alive during either.

They like the idea of black people as a voting bloc that can be manipulated rather than a culmination of individuals who have the same concerns as every other American.

Justin Pearson is the future of Democrat politics, who will raise his black power fist his way into prominence to accomplish nothing of substance except for being clapped for in white progressive circles as one of the good ones.

But I guess I'm the coon for not wanting to be attached to any part of this charade.
