JACK POSOBIEC with ROGER STONE: Opposition to Tulsi Gabbard is because she is an 'existential threat to the established order'

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec spoke with Roger Stone about Trump’s nominees who are yet to face the Senate for confirmation, Tulsi Gabbard, Kash Patel, and RFK Jr. Kennedy will be on Capitol Hill Wednesday, while Gabbard and Patel will be before their respective committees on Thursday.

After praising new White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt following her briefing room podium debut, the two went in on the Senate confirmation process. Stone in particular pointed out that the nominees are supposed to be assessed purely on their qualifications, not their political philosophy or past actions.

“I think, for example, Tulsi Gabbard is among the president’s very best appointees. She has served her country in combat… She’s a lieutenant colonel in the US army, still on duty,” said Stone. “She, of course has security clearances consistent with holding that position and that military rank, and she’s a four-term member of congress,” Stone said.

“The idea that we would question her loyalty to the United States or any other question other than her qualifications is outrageous,” Stone said.

Left-wing commentators have questioned Gabbard’s loyalty to the United States, noting that the Hawaiian congresswoman met with Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad, which Stone explains was due to her being worried about the slaughter of innocent civilians, an action which Assad was prone to.

“She was concerned about the potential slaughter of hundreds of thousands of Christians, which we saw in that country when the people who are now in charge were previously in charge. There’s nothing wrong with going to talk about peace,” said Stone, who noted that no one has questioned Nancy Pelosi’s patriotism despite also having met Assad.

Stone also said opposition to Gabbard was due to her stance on funding forever wars and the war in Ukraine.

“I find these attacks on her character or her patriotism to be repugnant. But then you have to ask yourself, why? Why are they attacking her? It’s the position as the director of national intelligence, she would be the nexus of all our intelligence services. She’d be able to see everything they knew about January 6… The Ukrainian impeachment hoax, everything they know about the Russian collusion hoax, and, I don’t know, the assassination of John Kennedy… Robert Kennedy… Martin Luther King… and the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan. There’s a lot of deep state misbehavior and worse buried there. She’s an existential threat to the established order,” Stone continued.

“This is why they’re going out of the way to besmirch her character. The idea that they would hold her confirmation vote in secret, if Charlie Kirk is right, is outrageous,” Stone said.
