Kassam: The 2008 Crash Created New Elite System of Pushing Destabilization to Launder Money Abroad

Kassam explained how "the world order became effectively run by far-left progressives masquerading as liberals" after 2008 and the racial politics of continued wars in the Middle East grew unfavorable and the hunt became for "a less pigmented enemy."

Kassam explained how "the world order became effectively run by far-left progressives masquerading as liberals" after 2008 and the racial politics of continued wars in the Middle East grew unfavorable and the hunt became for "a less pigmented enemy."

On the Sunday Special episode of Human Events Daily, host Jack Posobiec spoke with The National Pulse editor-in-chief Raheem J. Kassam about the conflict in Ukraine and how it has become "the current thing," a geopolitical term used to describe how global elites use forever wars to create a "financialization of everything" manifesting their perpetual benefit.

"The current thing is basically what was known 'as the going concern' in geopolitical theory for so very long," Kassam explained. "And the going concern is: what motivates nations to act in, you know, geopolitical ways that are perhaps sometimes rational but more often than not appear to be irrational."

Posobiec had previously noted how in post–9/11 America,  "nobody was talking about a place called Ukraine for an entire decade," but at some point "we've moved on" and asked Kassam how we moved on to Ukraine to find it now "the current thing."

Kassam described how the "prevailing Western regime, the neoliberal world order regime of people" are elites bent on "forever wars."

"This is my perspective," Kassam said. "They're purchasing about 100 years more, and they're buying it in blood. They're buying 100 years more at the helm. They're buying 100 years more of this same kind of conflict going on in Eurasia. You know, we've always been at war with Eurasia, we will always have been at war with Eurasia."

"The elites want war, no matter where it is," Kassam said.

He explained how "the world order became effectively run by far-left progressives masquerading as liberals" after 2008 and the racial politics of continued wars in the Middle East grew unfavorable and the hunt became for "a less pigmented enemy."

At the same time, The Guardian began running articles calling Ukraine the "most corrupt country in Europe." With that, the plan was set in motion for the War on Terror to become the War in Ukraine.

You know whose names you should be paying more attention to are the leaders of the corporate entities that are now being called up ... to rebuild Ukraine," Kassam told Posobiec.

In November of last year, details emerged that FTX under disgraced former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried had partnered with Ukraine to process donations to their war efforts within days of Joe Biden pledging billions of American taxpayer dollars to the country.

"The United States and the United States' defense lobby especially will always push for greater and faster conflict," Kassam told Posobiec.

Putin invaded on February 24, and by March, the Biden administration had already sent a total of $2 billion to Ukraine for security assistance. Much of that assistance took the form of direct transfers of equipment from the Department of Defense to the Ukrainian military.

Meanwhile, the U.S. has sent over $60 billion to Ukraine to aid and pledged more money for Ukraine as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy asks the US for continued aid.
