The New Hampshire House passed a bill that would make Ivermectin available over-the-counter.

State Rep. Leah Cushman, the bill’s sponsor, told the Epoch Times that she believes “lives will be saved if human grade Ivermectin was available to COVID patients,” per Just the News.

“House Republicans sent a clear message today that we support expanding options for the treatment of COVID,” she said.

If the bill gets approved, patients would no longer have to resort to buying Ivermectin from foreign countries.

The bill also includes a provision that protects doctors from getting in trouble for prescribing the drug.

The bill now heads to the Republican-controlled state Senate.
