During his State of the Union address on Tuesday, Biden confused Ukraine and Iran in what is arguably the biggest blunder of the night. 

“Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he will  never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people,” he said. “He’ll never extinguish their love of freedom, and he will never, never weaken the resolve of the free world.” 

Behind him, Kamala Harris quietly mouthed the correction.
