On this episode of Human’s Making News: The Dissident’s Desk, Rik Mehta joins Brent to discuss the onerous and arbitrary actions taken by government at all levels in response to the Chinese coronavirus.

He also talks about why he is running for the US House of Representatives in New Jersey's 7th District.

Mehta was previously the Republican nominee for US Senate in 2020. He is a biotech entrepreneur, innovator, healthcare policy expert, as well as a licensed attorney and pharmacist.

He owns and runs a consulting firm, R&R Strategies, and works as a partner at Licentiam, a healthcare licensing technology firm.

His professional experience also includes working as a Consumer Safety Officer at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and teaching as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and Rutgers University's School of Health Professions.
