Oversight Productions, the media shop for the House committee on Oversight & Government Reform released a video Oct. 18 that explains the extraordinary bookkeeping the Obama administration uses to explain cuts to Medicare Advantage. The video also features Rep. Darrell E. Issa (R.-Calif.) the committee's chairman.

Video summary here:

Thirteen million American seniors use Medicare Advantage to get their healthcare. To partially fund Obamacare, the President has cut Medicare Advantage by more than $200 billion over the next 10 years.

To make sure seniors don't notice that Medicare Advantage is being drained to fund Obamacare, the Obama Administration decided to take extralegal action to offset 71% of the cuts this year. But what happens after November 6th? The program ends and Seniors on Medicare Advantage feel Obamacare's cuts.
