It looks like the boos Hillary received last week at the “Take Back America” conference affected her more than she originally let on. Now Sen. Clinton is starting to hint that we need to at least start removing our forces from Iraq within a certain time frame.

“Everyone - everyone - expects our troops to begin redeploying this year,” she told reporters yesterday. As such, Hillary will be supporting a non-binding resolution supporting the beginning of withdrawl of U.S. troops from Iraq by Dec. 31st of this year. This is different than what she has been saying all along, that there cannot be a specific date to start withdrawing troops.

Now, this may not exactly be what the Moveon.org and Daily Kos crowd are looking for, but don’t be surprised if Hillary continues to “evolve” on this issue by the time the Democratic primaries come around.
