Young Hillary Rodham was probably attracted to Bill Clinton in part because of his charm and charisma. Now, old Sen. Clinton says that President Bush has these same qualities. She was recently asked to say one nice thing about Mr. Bush, and she said he "is someone who has a lot of charm and charisma."

Hill also gushed that the President has "been very willing to talk. He's been affable. He's been good company." She was careful to note that the two have had “many disagreements about many, many issues," but what good relationship hasn't had its ups and downs?  Mrs. Clinton also said she is appreciative of Mr. Bush for keeping the federal funds coming to New York City in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. "He made sure we got the resources that we needed and I'm very grateful to him for that," said Hillary. "I am very appreciative in the time when the people I represented needed his help, he was there for us."
