The holidays have ended, now just a pile of empty boxes and discarded wrapping paper serving as evidence of families having come together in celebration. Sure, grumpy "Uncle Joe" was at the Christmas gathering and so was "Aunt Tess," talking up a storm as usual. Ears are still ringing. But that’s family for you.
It’s important to remember that families are the glue that holds our country ― our society ― together...husbands and wives who work hand-in-hand to raise their children to respect God, their country, and each other.
Yet day in and day out, liberal institutions attack the structure and the true purpose of the American family. While they advocate abortion and gay marriage, and promote the trampling of our right to keep God in our lives and in our institutions, we persevere.
We always will. We’re family.
