Buried in the Transportation-Treasury appropriations bill (H.R. 3058) for fiscal year 2006 is $75,000 to renovate a building for a glass-blowing museum in Lancaster, Ohio.

"Given all of the hot air in Congress, I can't think of a more apropos pork project," said Rep. Jeff Flake (R.-Ariz.).

The bill made it through the House last year, passing 392-31, on November 18, and flew through the Senate the same day by unanimous consent. On November 30, President Bush signed the bill into law.
