Sitting at the media table right now at Samuel Alito's confirmation hearing, I have a clear view of the left-wing activists who have consumed at least two rows in the audience.
Among the left's all-stars in attendance:
- Ralph Neas, president of People For the American Way
- Eleanor Smeal, president of the Feminist Majority Foundation
- Nan Aron, president of the Alliance for Justice
- Elliot Mincberg, vice president of People For the American Way
There are others but I can't place a name with the face. Thus far they are all behaving themselves.
