Filmmaker David Lynch, director of cult hits “Eraserhead” and “Mulholland Drive” is touring college campuses plans to construct the David Lynch Foundation for Conscious-Based Education and World Peace. To achieve his vision, he said he’ll need about “8,000 beautiful souls working like factory workers  doing their program, pumping peace for the world.”  How does he pump peace? Through transcendental meditation techniques.

He thinks his dream has a price tag of $7 billion dollars, what he predicts it will cost to build 7 “peace factories.” So far, he has visited 13 schools, including DC’s American University that expects 300 students to participate in Lynch’s program.
