Federal Court Judge David Hamilton banned prayers endorsing any religion from the Indiana House of Representatives last week in a case brought on by the Indiana Civil Liberties Union. While prayer is allowed, members are prohibited from speaking of Jesus Christ or supporting any specific religion. Minority Leader B. Patrick Bauer (D.-South Bend) said he will back an appeal by defendant Rep. Brian Bosma (R.-Indianpolis). Bauer said, ??¢â???¬?????It??¢â???¬â???¢s untenable. It??¢â???¬â???¢s a question of excluding all religions, and that??¢â???¬â???¢s where the error lies.??¢â???¬ 
