Human Events Online has long sought to bring you a mix of breaking news, intelligent analysis and your favorite columnists. Today, we take a step forward—offering the same great features you’ve come to enjoy, plus exciting new elements.

Let’s start with our new look. Just like the 61-year-old print edition, which recently underwent a facelift, we decided it was time to make some improvements online, too.

  • We added a navigation bar just below the Human Events Online banner to make it easier for you to find the information you’re looking for faster.
  • Our top stories still fall under The Front Page banner in the center of the homepage, but we’ll be updating more frequently with exciting new authors.
  • You can locate your favorite conservative columnists under the View From the Right banner, located on the right-hand side of the homepage.

We’re also making improvements with the content you’ll find at Human Events Online. We now have three blogs, and hope to be adding more soon.

  • The Right Angle: A mix of conservative writers who will keep you up to date on late-breaking news and offer unbeatable analysis.
  • The Gizz-ette: Longtime Human Events Political Editor John Gizzi, with daily White House access, now brings his vast knowledge of Washington politics exclusively to you.
  • Capital Briefs: This long-running feature in Human Events offers you a first-hand glimpse of what’s happening on Capitol Hill.

Please take a few minutes to explore these new features, and make yourself familiar with the new look.

It's about consistency at Human Events, and since our founding in 1944, we've been the leading publication for conservative activists, providing information weekly to further the agenda and ideals of the modern conservative movement, reinvigorated by Human Events fan Ronald Reagan. We strive to do the same—only more frequently—on Human Events Online.

Our goal in undertaking this redesign was to offer you a better website, and we’d like to hear from you about it. You can write us at [email protected]. While I can’t promise to respond to each e-mail, I look forward to seeing what you have to say.

Sincerely,
Robert B. Bluey
Editor, Human Events Online
