People who know Harriet Miers well have convinced me beyond a reasonable doubt that she is a conservative.  She will not be another O’Connor, much less a Souter.

But between open borders, bridges to nowhere, and uncontrollable spending, the Republicans are fixing to be out of power for the next 40 years (we’re out of power even when we’re in power).  If Miers is going to be a Supreme Court Justice at 100, the American people need answers.

Is she a strict constructionist when it comes to the food pyramid?  Are there any jelly donuts in her past?  What is her carb philosophy?  Also, the Senate should not give its consent until she has laid bare her views on yogurt.
