Ginsburg, who as an ACLU lawyer defended prostitution and argued for lowering the age of consent to 12, and who as a Supreme Court justice joined in the decision that declared partial-birth abortion a constitutional right, also told the college audience she thinks men need to do a better job raising children in today's society. "If I were queen, I would have an affirmative action program and it would be for men to give them an incentive to care about children," she said. "The world would be so much better off if a child grew up in a home with two parents."
