Presler said the most effective way to commemorate Kirk’s life was through concrete political engagement, particularly in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia: “The last day to register to vote in the Garden State is actually Charlie Kirk’s birthday, October 14th,” Presler said. “There’s no better way to honor him, his legacy, [and] constructive positive action than by going to nj.gov and registering to vote.”
He announced that in-person, on-demand mail-in voting would begin in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on the same date and urged voters to participate that day. “We’re going to be asking voters across the Commonwealth to vote in person on October 14th in honor of Charlie,” Presler said. “Take positive, constructive action. Be the change that you want to be. That’s what Charlie would want — that we continue to fight for freedom with ballots, not bullets.”
Host Jack Posobiec opened the discussion by highlighting Presler’s work as a continuation of Kirk’s mission to mobilize conservatives beyond social media. “Charlie would be saying, get involved, get active, don’t just tweet—be out there in person,” Posobiec said. “Scott, you’ve got that Charlie Kirk spirit of activism, of saying, I am going to be the man who stands in the gap. No matter the election, big or small, Scott Presler is going to be there on the ground.”
He also addressed misconceptions about Kirk’s activism, emphasizing that his influence went far beyond campus debates, “Unfortunately, there’s a lot of people who think all Charlie did was go around on campus and debate,” he said. “Of course, no one was better than him at that, but that was secondary. The main point was to organize and win elections.”
Pressler later turned to the political implications of the upcoming 2025 elections, warning that victories this year would determine momentum heading into 2026. “Some people say, ‘This Jersey election doesn’t impact me.’ Really, it does,” he said. “If we want to protect President Trump and his ability to legislate, and if we want to keep the House of Representatives next year, we have to win big this year.”
He argued that flipping the New Jersey governorship from Democrat to Republican would have national consequences. “If we flip New Jersey from blue to red, you’re going to see donors, enthusiasm, and energy skyrocket heading into 2026 to support our president and the Republican Party,” Presler said.
To support that effort, Presler urged conservatives to use the Early Vote Action app to mobilize from home. “Download the app — it’s on Android and iPhone,” he said. “If everyone sends 50 texts a day through one of the campaigns for New Jersey, Virginia, or Pennsylvania, you can make a real impact right from your home. That’s peer-to-peer organizing in the palm of your hand.”
