Posobiec opened the conversation by raising the possibility that details of upcoming enforcement actions were being leaked: “It seems to me as though—is there a worry that somehow, information about these raids is leaking before they take place?” he asked.
McLaughlin confirmed the concern, saying, “Yes, that’s something that we’re highly focused on, and we have seen in the past that leaked information gets out there, gets to activist media or to these kinds of activists, themselves.”
She cited a violent incident in Prairieland, Texas, where “a group of 12 individuals who were wearing tactical gear, carrying rifles… went on to attack law enforcement.” McLaughlin said these are not isolated events but part of “highly coordinated attacks across the country.”
McLaughlin warned that the problem is being made worse by elected officials who, rather than condemning the violence, appear to be enabling it. “I think the mainstream problem with this that is so disturbing is that we have Democrat politicians that are trying to normalize violence against our law enforcement,” she said.
According to McLaughlin, officers are being targeted both on and off duty: “They ignore the fact that our law enforcement are being doxxed and their family members are being targeted, where their spouses work and children go to school.”
“This is in the face of them going after and trying to arrest highly sophisticated gang members like MS-13 or Tren de Aragua, terrorist organizations.”
McLaughlin accused Democrat lawmakers of effectively aiding these groups: “These Democrat politicians are just handing on a silver platter intelligence to these vicious, violent gangs.”
Posobiec responded by noting that he had been warning for some time about rising violent rhetoric. “Isn’t this something that the Democrats… you’d think on the question of violence it would be something they all stand against?” he asked.
McLaughlin concluded with a stark warning: “I’m very concerned that someone is going to get killed. This just doesn’t stop.”
