JACK POSOBIEC: The public knows the Epstein list exists—and they want it released

“For the first time, you see Trump and Harris supporters actually agreeing on the same thing,” Posobiec noted.

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec spoke about the growing political pressure surrounding the Epstein files on Tuesday’s episode. Posobiec highlighted how voter sentiment is swinging across party lines.

“The polling data that is starting to come out from a variety of sources on this… we’re really seeing the numbers pour out,” Posobiec said. “And I wonder if this is why Speaker Johnson, Nikki Haley, even the president himself are starting to now call for more information to come out.”

Citing a new poll, Posobiec detailed how belief in the official narrative surrounding Epstein’s death and the absence of a “client list” is collapsing among the public.

Among Trump 2024 voters, just 21 percent believe that no client list exists. For Harris 2024 voters, the number was slightly higher at 28 percent. Only 18 percent of new voters—those entering the political system for the first time—believe no list exists.

“This is key,” Posobiec said. “New voters for 2024, only 18 percent of new voters. Those are those new, low-prop voters who are coming into the system, getting involved in 2024 for the first time—only 18 percent of them believe that no list exists.”

Among independents, 27 percent said no list exists—meaning large percentages across nearly all voting blocs believe there is more information to be released. That sentiment has also translated into support for releasing the documents.

“You’re seeing this across the board,” Posobiec said, “as well as with ‘voters agree versus disagree.’”

In terms of agreement or disagreement with the decision not to release the client list, 67 percent of Trump voters said they disagreed with the decision. For Harris voters, 58 percent also disagreed.

“For the first time, you see Trump and Harris supporters actually agreeing on the same thing,” Posobiec noted.

Among new 2024 voters, 72 percent disagreed with the decision to keep the list secret, while 60 percent of independents said the same. The only group evenly split was upper-class likely voters, who were divided 48 to 48. Middle-class voters disagreed with secrecy at a rate of 52 percent, while working-class voters registered the strongest opposition, with 72 percent disagreeing.

“When it comes to new voters, 72 percent disagree. Independents, 60 percent disagree,” Posobiec said. “Interestingly enough, it is upper-class voters who are split 48/48—agree/disagree. That is the only group for which there exists a split down the middle, the highest support for keeping the list secret. Middle class, 44 percent; working class all the way down at 26 percent.”

“Folks, this is a story that when you look at the polling for it, it really tells a tale,” Posobiec added.

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump was asked again about the Epstein case on the White House lawn. When a reporter mentioned that Lara Trump, his daughter-in-law and former RNC co-chair, had called for transparency, Trump pointed to Attorney General Pam Bondi’s handling of the matter.

“She’s really done a very good job,” Trump said. “And I think that when you look at it, you’ll understand that I would like to see that also. But I think the Attorney General, the credibility is very important. And you want credible evidence for something like that, and I think the Attorney General has handled it very well.”

The comments came just one day after Lara Trump told commentator Benny Johnson that the administration is planning to release additional materials related to Epstein, and acknowledged the anger from many in the MAGA base over the DOJ’s past refusal to do so.

“He hears all the noise,” Lara said of Trump, “and will set things right.”

“I do think that there needs to be more transparency on this and I think that will happen,” she added. “I don't know what truly exists there, but I know that this is something that's important to the president as well.”

The Justice Department under Attorney General Bondi has previously claimed that there is no “client list,” and that most of the video evidence recovered from Epstein’s properties consists of child sexual abuse material. Bondi has said she does not want to release the files in part to protect victims.

With new polling showing increasing skepticism across the electorate—and vocal demand from across the political spectrum—pressure is expected to intensify in the weeks ahead.
