Posobiec condemned Bondi’s handling of the Epstein case specifically following a press conference where her and President Trump dismissed questions on Jeffrey Epstein and his possible intelligence ties.
“Once again, we’re told now all the way from the heights of the United States Attorney General that the Epstein case is closed,” Posobiec said. “'There is no more information on Jeffrey Epstein, why do you guys keep asking?!'”
He likened Bondi’s tone to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s infamous Benghazi lies, saying, “Pam Bondi sounds like Hillary Clinton right now saying ‘at this point, what does it even matter.’”
Posobiec, who previously visited the White House to receive what was described to him as an Epstein document briefing, said he felt used.
“Every word you want to know from having gone to the White House and receiving this binder full of bologna that was completely publicly available information already,” he said. “We were told it was new information on Epstein, it wasn’t. We were told more info was coming, it wasn’t.”
He continued: “You claimed that you had the list on your desk—you didn’t—and none of it came out. Now when people have the obvious response to asking a question about it, you get in their faces and tell them to stop asking? No. You sound like Hillary Clinton right now and this isn’t what you promised the American people.”
Posobiec’s remarks followed Bondi’s attempt to clarify her earlier statements during a February Fox News appearance, which she claimed had been misinterpreted. “I did an interview on Fox and it’s been getting a lot of attention because I was asked a question about the client list, and my response was, it’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed—meaning the file, along with the JFK, MLK files as well,” Bondi said.
Regarding the materials seized during the Epstein investigation, Bondi stated that the thousands of video files were not related to any “client list” but were instead illicit content. “They turned out to be child p*rn downloaded by that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein… never going to be released or see the light of day,” she added.
When asked directly about longstanding rumors that Epstein worked with US or foreign intelligence, Bondi responded, “I have no knowledge about that, we can get back to you on that.” Alexander Acosta, the former US attorney from Bondi's home state of Florida, had previously said that he was told Epstein "belonged to intelligence."
Her comments came just one day after the Department of Justice issued a statement saying Epstein did not maintain a list of clients to whom underage girls were trafficked.
That declaration appeared to contradict Bondi’s earlier public suggestion that such a list existed and was under federal review.
The DOJ has also indicated it will not be releasing any additional files tied to the Epstein investigation. A leaked internal memo confirmed the department is closing the matter and will withhold further evidence from public release.
