Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec spoke with Polish Member of the European Parliament Dominik Tarczyński on Tuesday during CPAC in that nation, where the two talked about Poland’s conservative success, and the cultural divergence between Poland and Western Europe.

“We had a beautiful conversation with our presidential candidate,” Tarczyński said, referring to Poland’s 2025 election. “What we want from our perspective is to have Trump in Poland again, that was our promise a couple years ago. We’d love to have more American soldiers on Polish soil. We want to buy your military equipment.”

Tarczyński made clear that Poland views the United States as a more trustworthy partner than its neighbors to the west. “We don’t want to spend our money on Germany or France. We don’t want to be dependent on Germany. Our experience throughout history with Germans were, you know, not so good,” he said. “History with America is a completely different thing. We never had any conflicts or problems, we always cooperated.”

Tarczyński emphasized Poland’s desire to invest in US defense manufacturing. “We want to spend our taxpayer’s money in America because of your advanced technology,” he said. “We want Trump, and we want to cooperate with your experience.”

Posobiec praised Poland’s economic growth and security. “In all of Europe, Poland has one of the booming economies right now, and that’s because of the Polish people and the policies,” he said.

Tarczyński agreed, pointing to official data to back his government’s approach. “When they ask me why I’m so radical as a conservative, I’m trying to give them a date, from Eurostat, not ours,” he said. “The lowest unemployment? Poland. The highest GDP after COVID? Poland. The lowest number of rapes? Poland. The lowest number of crimes with a knife? Zero terrorist attacks. That’s their data, not our data.”

Touting Poland’s public safety, Posobiec added, “People don’t believe when I say you can come to Poland and you can be a woman and you can walk around in the city at night. You can go with friends, by yourself, you’re safe. Could you say that about Amsterdam? Paris? Berlin? Munich? London?”

“You cannot,” Tarczyński replied. “This is why I say this is one of the lowest—the lowest numbers of rapes. It’s not only because there’s no illegals—obviously this is one of the reasons—but also because we have great services, patriotic services, and we have strong men. They react. When Polish guys see that something is happening, we do react.”

“So our philosophy is to keep our country the way you raise your children—to raise your boy as a man,” he continued. “Wokeness is an enemy, we have to fight with it, because it’s about the safety of our future daughters. It’s mixed—our faith, our tradition built this society, which is safe.”
