Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec went off on the "bishopess" who delivered the sermon at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday following Donald Trump's Monday inauguration. Posobiec, who was in attendance at the breakfast, recounted how she "completely politicized" the sermon and used it to push her left-leaning opinions on the president.

Episcopalean Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde offered a "plea" to Trump to show "mercy" on the LGBT community as well as illegal immigrants who "fear for their lives" now that he is in office. "Find compassion," she said condescendingly to the president in the front row. She leaned into images of the children of illegal immigrant parents or who identify as LGBTQ.

Posobiec said that the IRS tax-exempt status of both she and the Washington National Cathedral hold should be revoked until Budde leaves or issues an apology. Tax excempt groups such as churches or charities are forbidden from making politics part of their mission.

The host was joined by his brother Kevin who pointed out that ironically, she mentioned how "we shouldn't profit from contempt."

"The whole sermon up to that was 'unite as a country, we should work together, we should do all this," Posobiec agreed. "And then suddenly she comes in with 'oh, and I'm gonna attack Trump.'"

"There just shouldn't be any women in the priesthood," Kevin said.

"She wanted her moment," his brother resounded.

Posobiec also revealed that Budde "blamed the death of George Flloyd on Donald Trump" and said he should "be released" in 2020.

"I gotta say, she should have been vetted. She should never have been allowed to be there if in and by the way, if she wanted to actually stand for unity in this country. She could have done so very easily by going up there and giving a sermon that would have actually included President Trump and Trump supporters. It's as simple as that," Posobiec said.
