Addressing the crowd on night two of Turning Point USA’s America Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec spoke on the "justice" that is coming under the second White House term of President-elect Donald Trump, and how victory has not yet been achieved, but will be achieved and America will be restored once Trump "has achieved his desired end state."
"Victory is only achieved when America is made great again, once and for all," not on Election Day or on Inauguration Day, he said, later adding about Trump’s campaign, "promises made, promises kept."
Speaking on the mass deportations that Trump has said he will enact, Posobiec addressed the news out of Germany in which a Saudi Arabian man drove through a crowded Christmas market at a high rate of speed. "Ladies and gentlemen, they all have to go back. They all have to go back. The mass deportations must occur. And I’m not just talking about here. This can never be allowed to happen again, not here, not abroad, not anywhere."
Posobiec noted the cases of women and girls in the US who were killed by illegal immigrants, such as Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray, saying, "the promises will be kept. Our American children and our American daughters will be spared, because we are sending every single one of these criminals back where they belong."
He cited the phrase commonly used by Democrats over the past two years in reference to Trump, "no one is above the law," adding, "no one is above the law, Liz Cheney, who is manipulating testimony. No one is above the law, Nancy Pelosi. No one is above the law, Alvin Bragg and Fani Willis and George Soros and Alex Soros. No one is above the law, to the child traffickers. No one is above the law, by the way, to Chris Wray and no one is above the law to the backstabbing snake rhinos in the House and Senate. Because if we have caught any of you, then all will be brought to accountability every single last one of you."
"When we say no one is above the law," Posobiec said, we're "not talking about revenge, we’re not talking about retribution, we’re talking about something called justice, American justice, and there can be no peace without justice."
He spoke on the "victims of lawfare" who were placed in jail by the Biden-Harris administration, including the January 6 defendants and pro-life activists. "Justice isn’t just a pardon. Justice doesn’t set things right, because you must restore the scales." Speaking on the January 6 defendants who have been in jail for long periods with some "that have never even been charged with a crime," he asked, "how are they going to get their time back?"
He said that a class action lawsuit will be organized against "every single member of the Jan 6 committee, against Merrick Garland, against Jack Smith, against Benny Thompson, and against Liz Cheney. And I’m going to tell you something right now. How are we going to make them whole again? We’re going to take the money out of your crooked pockets and we’re going to give that to the Jan 6ers."
He later added, "Maybe, just maybe, we don’t stop with the Jan 6ers. How’s about we get the wounded warriors along as well, and every single wounded veteran, every single gold star mother, every single gold star father, and we start going after them as well. And then I thought about Abbey Gate." He continued, "how about personal lawsuits against the Biden crime family and all the money that they made out of Ukraine, all the money that they made out of China, should go to the families of the Abbey Gate victims.
"You understand it’s not good enough to simply pardon people, and it is not good enough, but believe me, it will be good when we actually start locking up some of these law breakers. Oh, it will be good, but it’s not good enough because the debt must be paid. And let me tell you something, the debts will be collected."
"Because that is the only way that you can achieve balance. That is the only way you can achieve reciprocity. And making America great again means that we have to make sure that the next Liz Cheney and the next George Soros and the next Nancy Pelosi and the next Chris Wray are terrified of doing what the predecessors did before, and will never ever think to break the law or go after the American people ever again."
He added that justice also means justice for Ashli Babbit, the woman killed inside the Capitol on January 6, and Corey Comperatore, the father and former fire chief killed in Butler, Pennsylvania during an attempted assassination on Donald Trump. Included as well in this group is Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis officer who is currently serving 21 years in federal prison over the death of George Floyd.
"Derek Chauvin did not commit murder. Derek Chauvin should not be where he is right now. The truth must come out about what happened with George Floyd. It was a lie, and it was always a lie and when Derek Chauvin is a free man I will personally lead the lawsuit against Black Lives Matter and the millions of dollars that they took from his name."
"Every single lie will be undone. Every single truth will be restored. Because then and only then can we have America back, and I’m talking about the real America folks," an America that displays the three crosses of calvary on the New York City skyline, where people can take their families out for a nice dinner without "the pain of the wallet," where "you don’t have to worry about your family walking down the street or going to build a snowman in the park cause an illegal immigrant might come and kill you, or like we just saw earlier today, where you can take your family to a Christmas market and not have to be worried about being run over by a Middle Eastern migrant."
