On Wednesday’s episode of Human Events Daily with host Jack Posobiec, US Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) discussed the GOP’s election strategy in key battleground states to secure another Donald Trump presidency this November.

The strategy includes beating Democrats at their own game, according to Johnson, who explained the GOP will advocate for early voting which will help the Republican Party secure critical last-minute votes on election day.

Sen. Johnson said that despite the Democrat Party’s attempt to undermine GOP election integrity laws, which paves the way for election fraud, the Republican Party still has a chance to put up a fair fight.

"Democrats want to cheat," he stated. "And so they used Covid to exploit absentee balloting in Wisconsin. There were so many irregularities. It's just galling, to hear 'oh it was an above-board election.'"

Johnson told Posobiec that since the GOP is historically “hundreds of thousands of votes behind in early voting” on election day, “embracing early voting” will be the key.

“We need to get Republicans energized and get them out to vote,” said Johnson. “We got to play by the rules that have been laid down right now.”

Sen. Johnson said the GOP will have “all the slots for election poll workers filled,” in addition to every poll observer slot filled. He explained that this strategy was effective during his last campaign, which helped secure him a victory in Wisconsin in 2022.

“What the goal ought to be is we need to restore confidence in our election system for everybody,” said Johnson.

“I'm not looking for partisan advantage,” he continued. “I just want to establish the controls so everybody is confident that whatever the outcome is, that's a legitimate result.”

“And we don't have that right now. Because again, you've got one side, Democrats, who want to cheat. That's why they support things like mail in balloting, relaxed controls on absentee balloting. That's who the party is,” said Johnson.

“That's why they have an open border, quite honestly. So they can flood these blue states with the more people on the census, plus up the number of representatives in the House that are going to be Democrats. As well as now we know these non-governmental organizations.at least one of them is handing out a slip to illegal immigrants before they come to America, say ‘Vote for Joe Biden,’” the senator continued.

“We need to beat them at their own game, mind every vote,” he added.

Despite the task being “more difficult,” Johnson said Republicans still have a path to victory.

“We need to do everything to stop them,” Johnson remarked.
