His actions garnered a less than positive reaction both from those inside the fast food restaurant and on social media.
Footage of the stunt was first shared by Pakistani British TikTok user Amir Khan, and while his account appears to no longer exist, the video quickly spread on Instagram and X.
The Instagram account mentioned in the video also belongs to Khan and includes numerous posts in front of Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem, in Mecca, and at gun ranges in the United Kingdom.
In the video, the perpetrator shows three clear plastic tubs full of mice, each spray-painted a different color of the Palestinian flag. He then puts them in a cardboard box and loads them into the back of his car, which is complete with a "PAllSTN" license plate.
Upon arriving at the McDonalds in Star City, he proceeds to walk through the front door and show a group of boys what he has before dumping the box into the entryway as customers run away.
"Free Palestine!" he shouts as he leaves. "Free f*cking Palestine! ... "F*ck Israel!"
After getting back in the car, he calls his friend and says, "successful mission."
The perpetrator then urges his followers on social media to boycott the fast food chain, as well as Starbucks, and Disney.
"Start by boycotting these brands that are directly involved in supporting the Israeli apartheid," a graphic in the video reads, describing the ways in which the aforementioned companies have sided with the Jewish state against attacks from Iranian-backed Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.
"Who knew that Mickey D had so much influence in Israel and with the US govt," one X user wrote sarcastically. "This is sure to bring long term peace. Can’t miss strategy."
"This is disgusting & should be punishable," another added.
Numerous other users tagged People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PETA, citing the perpetrator's handling of the mice.
