A member of the Scottish National Party (SNP) said that trans-identified male, Andrew Miller, who sexually assaulted a schoolgirl over a 27-hour time span should be held in a male prison instead of a female prison, per the Daily Mail. Miller also goes by Amy George.

Kate Forbes of the SNP made it clear that she believes Miller should “without a shadow of a doubt” be sentenced in a male prison instead of a female prison. However, Humza Yousaf, who Forbes lost to in a race for party leadership, has not yet ruled out the possibility that Miller could be placed in a female prison.

The report noted that Miller admitted he had kidnapped a young girl while dressed as a woman, offering to give her a ride home in February. The little girl told the authorities that she had missed her bus, and she started walking home. Saying that it was too cold, she accepted the offer, believing that Miller seemed non-threatening.

Judge Lord Arthurson, of the High Court in Edinburgh, said that Miller’s actions were “abhorrent crimes,” adding that what transpired to the young girl was “every parent’s worst nightmare.”

Forbes insists that Miller should be held in a male prison, despite identifying as a woman. She said: “It makes your skin crawl. You know, it makes me feel physically sick to hear what somebody would do to an innocent primary school girl.”

“And from my perspective, justice has got to be served on this man.”

After Miller picked up the young girl, he took her to his home in the village of Gattonside, where he placed his hand around her neck and led her to the main bedroom of the house, where he ultimately sexually assaulted her.

Miller reportedly subjected the young girl to pornography and other fetish videos on the television, with the girl describing the material as “weird.” And when the girl asked to be taken home, Miller apparently told her that she was now part of his family.

The court stated that it was only by “complete fortune” that the minor escaped the house. After Miller fell asleep on the second day, the girl knocked over a glass and turned on a light to see if he would awake. When he did not, she quickly used the landline to call 999, and the authorities arrived on the scene within minutes.

When the authorities arrived, they discovered Miller still asleep, wearing silicone breasts, a bra, and female pants and leggings. The young girl was soon taken to the hospital to be examined.
