Small Business Advocacy Group is Suing Biden Over Vaccine Mandate

A small-business advocacy group announced plans to sue the Biden administration over the Orwellian vaccine mandate for companies with over 100 members of staff.

As reported by Just the News, Biden announced that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration would require businesses of a certain size to require its employees to get the vaccine.

So, the Job Creators Network will sue Biden.

Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of the conservative group, called the mandate “unconstitutional and a dramatic overreach of federal authority.”

“Small businesses are already contending with a historic labor shortage and this order will add expensive new barriers to finding and keeping employees, causing significant harm at the worst time possible,” he said.

“The federal government doesn’t have the power to require small businesses to carry out its de-facto national vaccine mandate.”
