Despite efforts to tarnish his name and existence, an attorney who represents President Trump said that the Manhattan District Attorney will not pursue charges against him when the indictment comes down.

Last week, Ronald Fischetti asked District Attorney Cy Vance’s team for details regarding the charges under consideration. The team said that they were considering charges against the Trump organization and specific workers pertaining to alleged failures to give money for taxes and benefits, Just the News reports.

“We asked, ‘is there anything else?” Fischetti said. “They said, ‘No.’”

They indicated that they will not pursue charges against Trump: “They just said, ‘when this indictment comes down, he won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing.'”
