ATW: Burglary Ends With One Man Dead

The 11KKTV reports:

11 News has new information about the minutes leading up to a deadly shooting.

We talked to the property owner who says her tenant pulled a gun to stop an intruder.

The shooting happened just after midnight on Sunday at a home near 29th and West Colorado in Old Colorado City.

The property owner says her tenant is pretty shaken up and we know she has not been arrested. The property owner says her tenant is in her mid 60s, and that the man reportedly broke a window and was climbing in when the tenant pulled the trigger.
