Mitt Romney extended his lead to 8 points today on Barack Obama.

Rasmussen reported, via Free Republic:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows Mitt Romney earning 50% of the vote and President Obama attracting 42% support. Four percent (4%) would vote for a third party candidate, while another three percent (3%) are undecided.

Currently, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's job performance. That’s his lowest level of approval in two months. Fifty-five percent (55%) at least somewhat disapprove.
