The popularity Obama had the day he was inaugurated was for a person that disappeared shortly thereafter. Barack gave the American people a bait-and-switch, says Newt Gingrich.
“If you read the inaugural address, it has no resemblance to the way he’s governed. He became a left-wing democratic machine operating in secrecy,” the former Speaker of the House said.
“The values he represented [before the election] weren’t ideological. They were: working together, solving problems, transparency, [and] accountability. Those were values the American people would love to see in a president,” Gingrich added.
