Get ready for four more years of the Clintons. Fox News reported Friday afternoon that Hillary Clinton will accept the position of Secretary of State in the Obama administration. Fox News also confirmed that Obama will nominate Timothy Geithner for Treasury Secretary and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, another familiar face from the Clinton years, for Secretary of Commerce. Apparently, Obama's aides forgot the "change" memo this morning.
No surprise that reports of Clinton's decision first appeared in the New York Times, which cited two Clinton "confidants."
Geithner's financial credits include president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, while Richardson has served as a United Nations ambassador, a member of Congress, and Secretary of Energy.
