In part two of the Sarah Palin interview by Sean Hannity on Fox News’ Hannity & Colmes, Palin hit a grand slam.  Unlike the gulag atmosphere created by Charles Gibson in the interrogation hacked up by editing then aired on ABC, the relaxed environment in the Hannity interview afforded Palin the opportunity to show us her personal side and to articulate full concepts of solutions to some of the tough issues facing Americans today.  Topics ranged from her son’s deployment to Iraq and national security issues to the economy and Palin’s reactions to slurs and attacks flung at her by the leftist media - some of which she hadn’t yet seen.  See the interview on YouTube.com here or read the transcript here.

Another prominent Hillary supporter distanced himself from Barack Obama.  "The Donald" is the latest on the growing list of those jumping the Democrat ship this election.  Trump endorsed John McCain on Larry King Live saying, “The fact is that Obama went limping across the finish line. He should have chosen Hillary.  It would have been a much different race, I believe. Right now, it looks to me like McCain is probably winning.”

Speaking of prominent members of Team Hillary jumping ship, yesterday we reported Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild endorsed John McCain then hit the talking head circuit in support of her high-profile endorsement.  In case you missed it, Lady de Rothschild in a hilarious encounter informed Wolf Blitzer on CNN that he was the liberal elite.

Rothschild then caused the Campbell Brown meltdown on CNN as a petulant Brown could not contain her feelings of personal betrayal over Rothschild’s endorsement of McCain.  One would think Brown had bet her life savings on Obama in Vegas.  This is must see TV.

In one of the more shocking revelations of Obama’s dubious record in the Illinois State Senate, a stunning ad is now airing in New Mexico and Ohio exposing Obama’s controversial stance against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act while in the Illinois State Senate. Gianna Jessen, who 31 years ago as an infant survived a third trimester abortion, pleads with Obama to support protections for babies born alive after botched abortions.  "If Barack Obama had his way I would not be here," Jessen says in the ad.

More analysis of the New York State Siena poll, this time from John Podhoretz who points out one of the most stunning things to emerge from the poll:  Jews Now Favor McCain in New York 54-32. According to Podhoretz, no Republican has received more than 39 percent of the Jewish vote in modern times.  More at the link.

Given that stunning information, it is not as surprising to find that the latest Zogby from its latest poll is reporting that Obama holds a whopping 21 point lead over McCain with Arab-American voters.
