Just saw this on National Journal's Hotline:
"Sen. Lincoln Chafee (R) "says he won't rule out support" for the "drastic" penalty of censuring Pres. Bush. He "agrees with" Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) that Bush "acted illegally when he launched" the program of "warrantless wiretaps of some U.S. citizens." Though he doesn't currently support the proposal, he "said he does not rule out an eventual decision to back the censure resolution."
