A poll by the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion shows that two-thirds of Americans believe that Hillary will run for president in 2008, but only one-third believe she can win.  It also has John McCain beating Sen. Clinton, 52% to 42%, while Hillary and Rudy Giuliani were running about even.
