Iowa Senator Charles Grassley is still pursuing full release of the 400-page report produced by Independent Counsel David to investigate Housing and Urban Development Secretary Henry Cisneros’ fraudulent tax schemes to pay off his former mistress, Linda Medlar. Democrats, led by Sens. Byron Dorgan (N.C.), Dick Durbin (Ill.) and John Kerry (Mass.), were successful in redacting 120 pages of the report that listed transgressions potentially implicating Bill and Hillary Clinton. Grassley’s Press Secretary Beth Pellet Levin told Human Events, “There is no update at this point. Senator Grassley is still studying the report and determining the best way to proceed. At this point, he is still looking to get the report fully released.”
