U.S. News & World Report's "Washington Whispers" says that Judicial Watch, the conservative legal watchdog group, will be "first in line" now that many documents from the Clinton White House can be subjected to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Bill is not necessarily the Clinton they are targeting.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says that "the Clinton scandals are fair game as they relate to Mrs. Clinton."

It may be remembered that Judicial Watch plagued President Clinton back in the '90s, and it seems only fitting that now the group plans on chasing after the other half of Billary.

As Fitton notes, "We understood Hillary to be the co-president. These papers could tell us how she would govern and specifically about her own ethics."
