Chris Penn, film actor and brother of left-wing nut Sean Penn, was found dead at the age of 40 in his Santa Monica condominium on Tuesday afternoon.  While police stated that there were no obvious signs of foul play, the cause of death is still to be determined by an autopsy.  Penn’s film credits include Footloose, Rumblefish, All the Right Moves, Mulholland Falls, and Quentin Tarrantino’s cult classic Reservoir Dogs.

In light of past comments, hopefully Penn’s untimely death does not become yet another excuse for brother Sean to attack the current administration.  Sean, who claimed that Fox News host Bill O’Reilly, shock jock Howard Stern and the U.S. government are greater threats to the American people than Osama bin Laden, also said earlier this month the stress of living under the Bush administration is making it impossible for him to quit smoking.  With Sean’s history, it seems to be just a matter of time before the White House is blamed again, this time for the death of Chris Penn.
