Remember the story about that sex offender who murdered a Coeur d’Alene woman, her boyfriend and her 13-year-old son? Well, it turns out he’s been blogging from prison. That’s right, he’s a blogger. The person (on the outside) who was posting the blog for him was supposedly doing it in the hopes that it would reveal new evidence.

This is another example of how modern technology has created both good and bad opportunities that we, as a society, must deal with.

The bottom line is that prisoners – especially convicted sex offenders – shouldn’t be allowed to blog. This is just another desperate chance for some despicable person to continue pretending to be relevant and "famous."

The way I see it: If Trafficant can’t sell his paintings, then this loser shouldn’t be allowed to post his musings, either.
