This just in … evidence my blog yesterday (regarding the Dems plan to trip up Alito) was prescient:

This technique shall henceforth be referred to as … “Matt’s ‘A Few Good Men’ theory of questioning popular conservative judicial nominees.”
Thankfully, we didn’t hear Alito say those words: “You can’t handle the truth, Mr. Kennedy!”
