Analysis of military voting shows improvements in the system
Rear Admiral [Ret.] Jim Carey, Chairman of the National Defense Committee, has just issued an interesting report on how absentee balloting in the military went this year.
He concludes that much improvement has been made, but there are still some important issues that must be addressed.
