As exemplified by his dubious statements about whether he had met with foreign leaders who backed his campaign, Kerry's credibility seems to be a major problem for his campaign. Asked if they thought that Kerry says what he really believes or what he thinks people want to hear, only 33% said he says what he believes, while 57% said he says what people want to hear.
