Jack Posobiec pitched a plan to create the "Victims of 46 Foundation" as a way to commemorate J6 and support the J6ers and others who suffered at the hands of the Biden administration and his punitive Department of Justice. Biden's DOJ has prosecuted nearly 1,600 individuals who were present at the Capitol Building, either inside or outside, on that fateful day in January 2021 when the 2020 presidential election results were certified for Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States.
"So the 'Victims of 46 Foundation' will be set up and initiated to basically exist as a way to help the funding and also help to run the lawsuits that go on, class action law suits," Posobiec announced on Human Events Daily. "It will have a number of functions. But also it will commemorate January 6th. And we'll have documentaries, and we'll have explanations of what went down, and people can make donations. Of course this will be tax excempt donations and of course it will also be, you won't have to be listed for it."
Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland released a statement on the 4th anniversary of the protest turned riot, saying "January 6 was a violent attack on the law enforcement officers defending the Capitol, and it was an unprecedented attack on a cornerstone of our system of government — the peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the next. Over the past four years, our prosecutors, FBI agents, investigators, and analysts have conducted one of the most complex, and most resource-intensive investigations in the Justice Department’s history."
It is for those that have been prosecuted that the Victims of 46 Foundation would be intended. "The public servants of the Justice Department have sought to hold accountable those criminally responsible for the January 6 attack on our democracy with unrelenting integrity," said Garland.
Posobiec asked attorney Mike Davis about the idea for this foundation. "The Victims of 46 Foundation," Posobiec said, "can exist for the Jan 6ers and the pro-lifers and people who were kicked out of the military over the vaccine and all the other victims of the 46th administration and exist as a foundation to raise funds for them but also to run the lawsuits. What do you think?"
"I think it's a great idea," Davis said. "And I also think these victims need to start bringing civil lawsuits against these bad actors for violating their civil rights. And also when the Trump 47 Justice Department gets put in place starting on January 20th at noon, there's actually a fund in the Justice Department that Pam Bondi, and Todd Blanche, and the other Trump appointees can use to compensate the victims of this Biden lawfare, this unprecedented lawfare, this political prosecution by the Biden Justice Department."
