Jack Posobiec hosted Viva Frei on Wednesday's episode of Human Events Daily to talk about the breaking news that Donald Trump's would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks had been searching the internet for Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who assassinated John F. Kennedy. Notably, he searched for the distance between Oswald and Kennedy when he was assassinated. This news was delivered by FBI Director Christopher Wray during a congressional hearing.
Posobiec questioned whether this oversight was a failure of the FBI and Secret Service or if something more sinister was happening, "negligence versus complicity." Frei echoed this thought, calling out the FBI for falsifying evidence submitted to a FISA court to spy on Donald Trump, bragging about having an "insurance policy" against Trump's presidency, and lying about Hunter Biden's laptop and Russiagate. He said it is "the same FBI that tried to take down President Trump" that is now investigating the attempt on his life.
"It's not just that I don't trust them to do the investigation, I don't trust that they're not involved in this," Frei said, adding that he "doesn't trust a word that's gonna out of Wray's mouth, except in as much as he's gonna bend the truth as much as he can to not be held in contempt of perjury, but he would never be held a anyhow because they never seem to punish their own."
He said that his biggest question surrounding the assassination attempt is, was Crooks, someone who "clearly looks like he's mentally unwell," "recruited by the FBI?" The agency, he said, has a track record recruiting mentally unwell people "to entrap them into doing heinous crimes" such as the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping plot and the January 6 "fedsurrection." He detailed all of the "systematic failures" that had to take place that day in order for Crooks to gain access to the rooftop and take a shot at Trump. "We are asking the people who I strongly believe facilitated this to investigate it and tell us what happened."
