JACQUELINE TOBOROFF: Goldman Sachs needs to explain why it's donating to terrorist sympathizers

The People’s Forum is a Socialist organization based in New York City. It prides itself on “deal[ing] that final blow to destroy Israel” and “destroying Capitalism.” And the investment bank Goldman Sachs has donated over $3 million dollars to the People’s Forum.

The People’s Forum is a Socialist organization based in New York City. It prides itself on “deal[ing] that final blow to destroy Israel” and “destroying Capitalism.” And the investment bank Goldman Sachs has donated over $3 million dollars to the People’s Forum.

As a 501(c)3, donations to the People’s Forum are tax deductible. IRS records categorize the organization under “Human Services.” On the People’s Forum website, it says it’s “an accessible educational and cultural space that nurtures the next generation of visionaries and organizers who believe that through collective action a new world is possible.”

So, what sort of “education” and “collective action” does the People’s Forum support? For starters, marching in solidarity with Islamists and anti-American terrorists to “end the siege of Gaza! End all U.S. aid to Israel! [And to] free Palestine!” It targets the youth, ages six through thirteen years of age.

For anyone not in a coma, the news has been dominated since October 7th with students hijacking school campuses, federal buildings, bridges, transportation, and public spaces. Hillcrest High School was the scene of child terrorists hunting a Jewish teacher who had to hide in a locked room for safety and wait for police protection to escort her out alive. Suffice to say, groomers have preyed on malleable minds feeding them a steady diet of lies and hate.

Socialist People’s forum understands that to enact radical transformation, the youth is the key that picks the lock. It charges them $10 to take part in things like “Youth Coalition Activism Workshop for a day full of educational fun.” The event has an image of a watermelon, appropriated to mean “Palestinian” solidarity.

Claudia De La Cruz and Manolo De Los Santos are the co-executive directors of the People’s Forum. If one listens to a video that has now gone viral with 6.5 million views, it’s inconceivable that Goldman Sachs gave the deranged Santos and his organization one cent. Unless this was a DEI / affirmative action write-off to keep the likes of Al Sharpton off its rear-end. The pudgy radical from the Caribbean has spent a decade “committed to radical transformation.”

Here’s the kicker, the People’s Forum has amassed $18 million dollars through the donor-advised Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund. It’s unimaginable that Santos didn’t have major face-time with someone high-up at the investment bank and financial services company. Just a minute listening to him should have raised red-flags and landed him on the FBI’s terror watch list.

On October 8th, one day after Hamas killed 1,200 Israelis and took 240 hostages, Santos begged Islamists to come “all out for “Palestine’” and terrorize Americans. He issued the following statement; “We are supporting the Palestinian people who are resisting an illegal occupation and apartheid imposed by the Israeli government. We are demanding that the US end all aid to the state of Israel.”

Goldman Sachs, you finance this.

Goldman isn’t alone.

Guess who else supports the People’s Forum? The Chinese Communist Party. “Their funding train depends in part on American progressives entrenched in the Chinese Communist Party’s propaganda apparatus,” said Michael Sobolik, senior fellow for Indo-Pacific studies at the American Foreign Policy Council think tank.

Uber wealthy American businessman Neville Roy Singham is also linked to the People’s Forum. This is likely why the group takes part in Code Pink terror events plaguing New York City almost daily. Code Pink’s founder is Jodie Evans, wife of Singham. “Shut it down” riots have become terror tradecraft perfected after planning BLM juggernauts, which are “mostly peaceful” before the murders, assaults, vandalism, looting, and arson. Together, the People’s Forum and Code Pink halt traffic, harangue business, and plague tourist attractions costing the city’s coffers millions.

What’s more, non-profit filings show that nearly $1.8 million dollars found its way to Chinese media company Maku Group which has ties to Singham. On Maku’s website, it says, “Perhaps it is 2021 (the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China) that brings us together with MAKU team in this wonderful year to a journey of faith, dream and utopia.” Singham also founded the newsletter Dongsheng News, which promotes pro-CCP talking points in foreign languages.

The People’s Forum raked in a whopping $4.4 million in 2022, up from just $486,900 in 2021, over a 800% increase year-over-year, according to filed tax forms. There’s more. It received $4,012,60 in government grants according to 2022 tax filings, up 1269.9% from the previous year.

Goldman Sachs, explain yourself. Explain who oversaw allocating funds, what the criteria is, and just what you’re going to do to redeem yourselves.
